310 “Heraclitus the natural philosopher said that he was wisest of all when he was young because he didn’t think that he knew anything.”

– Does “apocryphal” here mean “badly sourced”, or “highly dubious”?
– Is “Bad Witnesses” simply a paraphrase of #311 here, or is it an editorial comment?
