Xenophon, Oeconomicus 1.8: Even Huge Tracts of Land Can Be Worse than Worthless

Οὐδὲ ἡ γῆ μέντοι χρήματά ἐστιν, εἴπερ ἀντὶ τοῦ τρέφειν πεινῆν παρασκευάζει.
