εὐπειθείᾳ πάλιν αὖ καὶ πρᾳό-

τητι τοιοῦτος ἦν οἷος φόβῳ μηδέν, αἰσχύνῃ δὲ

πάντα ποιεῖν τὰ προσταττόμενα, καὶ τοῖς ψόγοις

ἀλγύνεσθαι μᾶλλον ἢ τοὺς πόνους βαρύνεσθαι·
